How to Find Tickets in the Western NRG Service Portal

First and foremost go ahead and sign in to your account at - https://service.westernnrg.com/portal/en/signin

When you sign in you can view your tickets in one of two places - see screenshot below

 


Once you click the option to look at open tickets you will be redirected to the following page:



If you click on the drop down arrow right next to Open ( x ) you will have the option to look at the following Ticket types: Open Tickets, Closed Tickets, and “On Hold” Tickets


Open Ticket = a ticket that is “Waiting for Support” from a Western NRG Engineer

Closed Ticket = a ticket that has been closed if the issue has been resolved, OR if there was no response after automated follow ups

On Hold = a ticket that is waiting for a customer response, OR a ticket that is In Progress (a Western NRG Engineer is actively working on the issue)

Examples of all of these can be found in the screenshots below

Once you select the desired option you will be redirected to a new page where you can review history of the ticket or reply back to the Engineer for further assistance.
