How to Re-Authorize your Email in CAS
Please note that this is a two step process. In order for us to complete Step 2, we will need your assistance in completing Step 1.
As soon as Step 1 is complete please let Western NRG know as soon as possible.
You can either reply to the email that was sent or give us a call and let us know - either way it is greatly appreciated!
2. Sign in using your MySonicWall.com credentials. If you need to reset this information please go to MySonicWall.com and click on the Forgot username or email? button.
3. Once you are signed in go ahead and click on the Cloud App Security icon.
4. Once in CAS look to the left hand side of your page and locate Configuration. Click the drop down and it should take you to “Cloud App Store” by default.
5. At the top of the page look for the box titled Office 365 Mail and click configure.
6. A new window will appear and the first option should be Re-Authorize SonicWall CAS Office365 Emails App - go ahead and click that.
7. That should automatically redirect you to sign in to your Office 365 account.
a. Please Note: If you have MFA enabled you will need to disable this during the re-authorization process. Once it is complete you can re-enable MFA on your account.
8. Once all of the above steps have been completed please let Western NRG know as soon as possible so we can move forward with the next step.
